The Bolder Boulder 10K results have finally been posted. There was a long delay because they were using new technology and 47,000+ runners overwhelmed them. Here we go!

had a good week of running in New Orleans. Sunday until Thursday. Last Saturday and Sunday I did 2 nice runs but getting on a plane just 3 hrs after am 8 miler is not something I would recommend (ha, ha). In New Orleans I ran 40 min on Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesdsay was a good Tempo Run 10 min w/u 20 min Tempo and 10 min cool down. Wednesday was a 20 Fartlek with a 10 min w/u & cool down on the ends. Thursday was an off day and I missed yesterday, but I am looking forward to 2 good runs on the weekend.
