Hi All,
Our family is a family of runners. My son and I are running the Marine Corps Marathon (MCM) in October and my daughter is competing in a series of triathlons this summer and running the Marine 10K while we are enjoying the marathon.
We are creating this blog so that we can share our training experiences over the next several months. My son lives in CT, my daughter and I in Colorado. I am "on the road" frequently so this blog will help us motivate, communicate and enjoy our running experiences as we prepare ourselves for the MCM.

Well, i can not seem to post a new entry, but I can do a comment. we will have to figure this out. Dad, maybe you need to set up the acccesses since you created the blog.
