Chris: 135 Days Out

135 days until the marathon:
Wednesday June 13, 2007
6 hrs sleep overnight

Training:
Run - 35 min
6 x (4:15min run, 0:45sec walk): descend 1 - 6: Road : hills
5:30 am
Cool and Dry Mid 50's
Felt Great (but the last hill did hurt)

Nutrition:
Breakfast - Protein Shake
Snack - Bagel with butter
Lunch - Lasagna and salad
Dinner - None
(never really was very hungry today and had to work from 7:00am to 9:30pm)
