Cool and Dry Mid 50's
Felt Great (but the last hill did hurt)
Nutrition:
Breakfast - Protein Shake
Snack - Bagel with butter
Lunch - Lasagna and salad
Dinner - None
(never really was very hungry today and had to work from 7:00am to 9:30pm)
