Training:
2 hr LSD
Bike path, asphalt, rolling hills
6:00 am
cool to cold at the beginning, warm at the end.
Felt fantastic!!!! Keeping in mind that this was the "torture" workout series where you run after dark on the night before (hard) then go to bed (after only hydration) and get up and run LSD 1st thing (again with only hydration). TOUGH, and man was I hungry at the end, but I found that if you hydrate and drink a protein shake before you eat it works.
Nutrition:
Brunch - Protein Shake (orange juice and blackberry FANTASTIC!!!!), sausage and peppers omelet.
Snack - Protein Shake
Dinner - Protein Shake
