7 hrs sleep overnight
Training:
Run - 50 min Hard Tempo
--10 min w/u, 30 min hard tempo (sub 9 min pace), 10 min c/d
--Trail, rolling terrain
--5.5 miles
--5:15 am
--Cool to cold (upper 40's)
--Felt good. the last 5 min of the tempo was up hill and was a real bear.
Nutrition:
Breakfast - Cereal
Snack - danish
Lunch - Pizza
Dinner - fried shrimp and 3 beers
Really great week all around. Work and Workouts!!!
