Friday Training Update

Today is a rest day as I commute out to DC. Wednesday I ran with the Boulder Striders for 55 minutes. We stretched and did a round of pylometrics as well. The middle part of the workout was a 20 minute tempo run @ a 8:39 pace.

Thursday Deb & I hiked Long's Peak up to Chasm View. As usual storms chased us off the mountain. Weights, pylometrics, and Long's has my body crying for a day off!

I plan a long run Saturday in LAX of at least 8-10 miles. Good luck with your long run this weekend, Chris and to you Hez on tomorrow's Tri in Loveland. Watch that heat! WHAT HEAT????
