I ran a little over ten miles today up, over, around Palos Verdes hill in LA. The temp was in the 70's and my legs weren't fresh, but I managed to get thru the run with a few walk breaks. I kept forgetting to start my time so 10.6 is a minimum today. I am going to take it easy for a few days so that my legs can recover-they are pretty well "fried" now.
The main thing that kept me going today was thinking of Hez in Loveland competing in her triathlon. There is NO WAY that I could ever do a triathlon so I admire Hez for her efforts! And I hear that she did quite well today! 54 minute 10K in a Tri!! Go Hez!!
As for Chris I have but one question----where are you?? How is your training?
