Chris 107 Days out

107 days to the MCM
6 hrs sleep overnight

Training:
2 miles slow, but not easy
Hills, road, 6am, hot and humid, 18 minutes
felt sluggish

Nutrition:
Breakfast - oat bran toast
Lunch - burger and onion rings (in the car to Boston)
Snack - small roast beef sandwich
Dinner - grilled chicken green salad

Picked the mom up in Boston and we are looking forward to some good visiting and some good training for MCM and the Giro-de-Courage
