6 hrs sleep overnight
Training:
1) 34 min run
7:00pm, Hills, road, hot, humid, terrible, but I did it.
2)Total Gym; Upper Body (about 20 minutes) 8:00pm
Nutrition:
Breakfast - Starbucks bacon and egg sandwich
Lunch - Sausage and peppers sandwich w/ fries
Dinner - steak fajitas (2 beers)
