58 Days to the MCM
Well after a busy week I have returned to the Blogoshere. sorry for being absent from the Blog for so many days.
Training:
Tuesday - 5 miles easy
Friday - 5 mile "time trial" pace run. Flat/cold start 23 minutes out, 20 minutes back. (pitch dark....I mean really dark)
Nutrition:
Pretty OK this week. Starbucks for breakfast, salads for lunch and medium light dinners

Welcome back! We're off to the Rocky Mtn Showdown this AM. Tomorrow I'm planning a 3 hour run on the Bobolink Trail in Boulder.

I have a 17 miler (i guess that will be about 3 hrs. i plan on real LSD and "time on legs"). just about to go out for an easy 10 or something like that right now.
