Training:
4 miles Fartlek, road, rolling hills, 7:00pm, warm and humid
~1 mile w/u - 10:40 pace - 139 HR
~3x800m build up repeats at progressively faster pace with 1/4 mile easy between them.
#1 - 4:29 - 9:03 pace - 149 HR
#2 - 4:06 - 8:20 pace - 148 HR
#3 - 3:43 - 7:24 pace - 155 HR
~1 mile medium easy cool down - 9:55 pace - 148 HR

Nutrition:
Breakfast - cereal w/ fruit
Lunch - Turkey sandwich
Dinner - 2 egg sandwiches

Nice pace on Mile 3! Thanks for your input on the half iron. I am still thinking about it. But I really have been non the worse for wear since I ran 11 on Wed. night. So that's encouraging.-
