67 days to the MCM (wow is that getting close or what)

Training:
Total Gym X-training day

Nutrition:
Breakfast - cereal and fruit
Lunch - soup and a piece of Pizza
Snack - french fries and a shake
Snack 2 - popcorn
No Dinner

How are you feeling these days? Think that your sister is ready for a Half Ironman? She's contemplating one on Sept 16.

Yes she is ready
