Lunch - Turkey sandwich
Dinner - 1 turkey and 1 roast beef sandwich
snack - popcorn

Atta boy on Monday's diet! How long of a run are you planning this weekend? We are backing off to 2 hours. I'm sure that a big bump is coming the following Sunday! Keep up the great work! Pops

I have 15 miles this week, backed down next week to 11 miles. I'll try to go slower (ha, ha)
