75 days to the MCM
Training:
14 Mile LSD (but I was a bit aggressive and it sort of was a 14 mile Tempo Run)
Airline Trail, north, 6:00 am, Felt fantastic for 12 miles and then finished tough. The trail is pretty flat except that I ran out of trail at the 6 mile mark and had to run the miles from 6 to 8 over a hill that felt like Kilimanjaro on a country road.
I did running clock water walk breaks for 5 100ths of a mile ever 1.75 miles. Just enough to get a quick drink.

Great Run!!!!! You must be feeling good! All three of us seem to be doing quite well in our training. I may try to talk Hez into running the Boulder Backroads Half in late Sept. Wish me luck!
