"2 miles hard"; I was going to go longer but it started to pour and I cut short since I was getting soaked; road, hills; 6:00 am

Nutrition:
Breakfast - cereal w/ fruit
Lunch - chicken wrap sandwich
Dinner - Cobb salad
Snack - casadilla (I was starving, oh well almost a full good food day)

Was this an AM or PM run? Too bad about the rain. A shower is nice, but not a downpour!
Mom and I can relate to the rain. We got drenched on our hike in Silverthorne.
It was am, and read my saturday post for the unfortunate "after-effects".
