Wednesday August 22 - Light Fartlek workout with the Striders along the South Boulder trail.
:56 and & 5.7 miles a 10:04 pace overall. We ran 4 x 60 sec, 4 x 90 sec, & 5 x 60 sec. I was quite stiff from the Brainard Lake run, but loosened up and felt great through the workout. We were running controlled at 70% effort throughout the workout.
Tuesday - A much needed massage!

I needed a massage Monday and Yesterday. Maybe we should think about that after the two BIG runs comming up?
