Wednesday 1st
Tempo/Hill Workout - Meet @ Eagle Trailhead @ 6:30 am


Warm Up 15 min/Stretch/4 x 20 sec strides


START with 3 mile @ tempo pace TAKE 5 min to re-group


THEN 2 x 60 sec up/60 sec jog down recovery


THEN 3 x 45 sec up/60 sec jog down recovery


END with 4 x 30 sec short hills


Easy to Base after Each Set


Cool Down 10 minutes

Total running time 1 hour, 6.34 miles
