29 days to the MCM
Training:
I think that the rest was just right for my foot and ankle. it hurt some to start running after a long walking warm up, but it felt better and better all through the run.
3 miles easy, 3.25 miles @ 10:07 pace, 33:37, 140 avgHR (Road, Rolling hills, cool and sunny)
Total Gym Upper Body and core (i did total gym all 6 down days to try and stay with something while I treated for the injury)
I think that I will run on the airline Trail tomorrow for the softer surface and maybe try an easy 10, but i will see how my foot is this evening before I decide.
