Training:
5 mile trail run, 57:22, 11:28 average pace, I did a warm up for a 1/2 mile then 4 miles of easy trail tempo then a 1/2 mile cool down.
Nutrition:
Breakfast - Cereal
Lunch - salad
Dinner - 2 sandwiches
