I also did 2 "10 second uphill sprints" at the end

Friday is a rest day for 18 miles LSD on Saturday Morning this week. Sunday I am going to run a fun run for charity.

Nutrition:

Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - Ruben
Dinner - chicken cordon blue with wind rice
(Friday)
Breakfast - Starbucks b-fast sandwich
Lunch - Chinese (chicken with green beans
Dinner - chicken and mac & cheese (carbo loading for the 18 miler)
