A question; are you supposed to delete the "history" off of the watch?????
Training:
4 miles easy
46:19 [] 11:01 pace [] 128 avgHR [] 882' ascent
I did the 10 sec uphill sprints outlined in this months Runners World (2 of them) at the end of the run and they were really cool. I was wearing my Yellow shirt and I felt so fast that it felt like I was Usane Bolt or Asafa Powell.

It's cool to have something that makes you feel fast, like the shirt. I always swim faster in the pool with an audience.
