Monday, Sept. 10-stretching and abs
Tuesday, Sept. 11-walk 1 mile/run 2.5 miles/walk .25 miles on treadmill in the evening
Wednesday, Sept. 12-Swim 35 minutes in the morning at Stroh indoor pool. Lots of stretching, staying loose. Different muscles used for the weights on Saturday, so these were a bit sore.
Thursday, Sept. 13-stretching and abs in the AM
Thinking and planning for race. Eating well. Getting lots of sleep.
