Backpack workout

My least favorite workout of the week! The results feel good though. Hunting pack loaded with 60 lb. 1. Lunges - 3x20 2. Treadmill hiking - 22 minutes, 15% incline, 2.5-3.3 mph 3. 100 bicycle situps, 3x15 leg lifts, planks x 6 minutes
