Hello fellow exercise humans! This is my attempt to resusitate our little "Easy Ten" blog. I ran 10 miles with my "Forward" group on the "Certain Death" trail then up 55th to abeam Haystack hill and back. We kept it at Zone 1 most of the way with a 9/1 run/walk ratio. Chris, please note that I did negative split the 2 hour run. Zone 1 for this old fart is 11:40 or slower. Click on the link for my Garmin run report.
