1.  Bench press - 1x10-95lb; 5x10-125lb; 1x14-105lb
2.  Dumbbell Flys - 3x10-35lb; 2x10-30lb
3.  Bicycle situps - 120
4.  Oblique Twists - 3x15-25lb
5.  Planks - 6 minutes
