Wednesday and Thursday self-abuse

Wednesday - 5k run next to the South Platte. Thursday - Backpack workout: Lunges and 22 minutes on treadmill at 15%. Situps, leg lifts and planks.

Maybe you should also carry your rifle on the backpack workout! And camo running gear. Me thinks that you will be in the best condition of anyone in your hunting party!

I dread the backpack workout every week, but I can tell the results are good!
