Did a lap around Chatfield Reservoir this morning for 16 miles. Left at sunrise and watched the hot air balloons take off. A beautiful morning for a run, but I can't lie....these long runs are starting to get brutal.
Gary, You outran me today as I "only" ran 13.1 miles! Dang! Thanks for all of your blog posts. I really enjoy your sharing your workouts. Maybe someday someone else in the famdamnly will join us!? W
